    Problem Symptoms:
The execution of a scheduled job in job_list fails and in the $alephe_scratch/jobd.log file there is this error message:

Error: create_library_file_name - no env variable found for xxx_dev
    defaulting to aleph_dev.... que_batch
aleph_que.c: No such file or directory

    Cause:
    1. The procedure parameters contain spaces
    2. The job_list parameters are not aligned with the table columns (are shifted to the left or to the right).

    Resolution:
    1. Check the job_list parameter alignment copying the table guide
    ! 2 3 4 5
    !!-!!!!!!!!-!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>
    ! 2 3 4 5 6 7
    !!-!!!!!!!!-!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!!
    just above your line.
    2. Check carefully the procedure parameters comparing them with those contained in the log of a working one .
