    long strings in path_convert

    Q: I would like to add the file pc_tab_exp_field.lng to path_convert but there is not enough room for such a long filename:

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!------!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>
    $mab01_dev/mab01/tab/pc_tab_exp_field.ger

    As you see, the file path is longer than the left column.

    Resolution:
    A: Although the table header could make you think that you can't use more than 32 characters, the strings in path_convert may in fact be of unlimited length. You only need to have one space between the left string and the right string:
