    Question

When marking an item lost, the email notice is sent as HTML instead of plain text regardless of whether it is sent via
    1) print.ini setting (LostMaterialBill 00 N B lostbill.prn)
    2) Print history
    3) Task manager
All other notices are being sent as plain text.
lost_bill.html is the text received by the email client
lostbill.prn is the version saved locally in C:\AL500\circ\files\XXX50\print\ (mailed via task manager)
lost-material-bill-m-43.xmlxsl is saved locally in C:\AL500\alephcom\files\XXX5\print\history\yyyymmdd\hh\ (sent via print history)
Why is this form being sent as HTML?

    Answer

The system is looking for a non-existent template (lost-material-bill-m.xsl), so a default template is being used.
