lost-material-summary showing and billing a double charge

    Description:
We are finding that our Summary Bill for Lost Material (fit01/form_eng/lost-material-summary.xsl and plain-lost-material-summary.xsl) are showing and billing a double charge for the replacement fee for an item. I have tried editing out the part of the template that lists the second instance of the replacement fee. I used the gui Services to rebuilt the print templates and restarted the server, but previewing yesterday's overdues in the Task Manager shows that the fee and charge are still there. How can we remove the second instance of the replacement fee?

    Resolution:
The lack of a 0.00 in column 6 of tab34 is causing the problem. In the demo environment there aren't any blank spots, every column in every row has a value even if it is zero.

Also check tab18.eng. All of the possible values for column 1 are in the file, with column 4 set to Y if it is to be charged and column 4 set to N if it is not to be charged. On your server you can dlib to usm50 and then 'dt' to get to the data_tab directory and see what all the possible values are. Use that as a template and set all but the 6 lines you had originally in your tab18.eng to N.
