Desired Outcome Goal:
what needs to be checked when mail can't be sent from GUI client or OPAC?

Procedure:
1. in C:\AL500_20\Alephcom\tabAlephcom.ini configure :
a)MailServer
b)FromAddress
c)MailerName 
d)optional : BccAddress

2. Check mail server definitions by sending mail from Circulation module >global patron information node
3. Configure Print.ini file for sendimg mails automatically 
4 .The printer needs to be set to Normal Printing mode (to configure this option as default set "DefaultPrintConfig=0" in Alephcom.ini:)
5. For sending secure mail set "UseSecureSMTP=Y" in Alephcom.ini
