manage-01 / tab11_word: "8####" and "85###" don't work

Problem Symptoms:
Although other extremely wild-carded entries (5####, 6####, 7####) in the xxx60 tab11_word work, 8#### and 85#### do not: after a certain point, words in these fields are not indexed by manage-01. (Curiously, running the records with the missing words through manage-40/ue_01 usually *does* result in them being indexed.)

Cause:
Uncertain.

Resolution:
Rather than having 8#### or 85### lines, break them into multiple lines, such as:

856##
<etc.>
