manage-01 fails with "manage_01_6 build failure"

Problem Symptoms:
After correcting the problem described in Article 000023118 ("Segmentation fault" in indexing jobs"), manage-01 (Rebuild Words Index) fails with "Job Suspended" and "manage_01_6 build failure" in the p_manage_01_e step. See Additional Information below for complete log.
Cause:
./butil/b_manage_01_4.c program also needs to be relinked after compiling set_sym_f (see Article 000037109) ( https://exlibrisgroup--c.na26.visual.force.com/apex/VF_ArticleView?id=kA3320000004L6C&srKp=ka3&srPos=0 ).
Resolution:
Decrypt the ./butil/b_manage_01_4.c source program and execute the following command:
compile_c butil b_manage_01_4
(The preceding needs to be performed by Ex Libris staff.)
Additional Information
If the above doesn't apply, Article 000017200 (p_manage_01: p_manage_01_e: "b_manage_01_4: .../manage_01_6 build failure") discusses how, after getting this "build failure", a subsequent rerun of p_manage_01_e was successful.
