Problem Symptoms:
* First time rebuilding Headings index in Aleph 20
* Service Pre-Enrich Bibliographic Headings Based on the Authority Database (manage-102) ran without problems
* When running service Update Headings Index (manage-02) with 8 processes, the 1st process gets

114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

* The work file $data_scratch/manage_02_1_1 shows that it stopped after completing sys# 618.

* Trying to display bib# 618 in util f/1/29 shows error:

Record # 618 (and others which get this error) have 880 tags
(-- though there are more bib records with 880 tags which do *not* get this error).

fix_doc_880 is being included in tab_expand:

Cause:
Malfunction in service manage-02

Resolution:
Correction of manage-02 so it can handle fix_doc_880 as an expand:

Description: When running the batch service p-manage-02 (Update Heading Index), the service malfunctions if the "fix_doc_880" routine is used in tab_expand (ACC).
