ncip server : Error: Active library 'XXX01' is not a ADM library - exiting

The NCIP server must be started when connected (dlib) to the ADM library (XXX50).

When starting the NCIP server, make sure you're dlib'ed to the XXX50. 
If started from the BIB (XXX01), the error message appears in the ncip_server log:  Error: Active library 'XXX01' is not a ADM library - exiting
