The p-com-03 service - "Report of New and Updated Catalog Records - by Cataloger" - reports deleted records together with the updated records. Managers should know how many deleted records by Cataloger there are.

Resolution:
The p-com-03 service reports New and Updated records, while deleted records are also counted as updated.
p-com-03 is based on the z106 records, and is not designed to report deleted records separately.
