Description:
We are now in v20, and our p-file-96 is not creating orders. In the log for p-file-96 we are seeing errors like this:

These are existing default parameter files that worked in version 19 so the values for these parameters should be correct.

Resolution:
In v20 the p-file-96 defaults table (tab_96_def) has been changed, and column 2 is now 20-chars long. (In previous versions it was 10-chars long).
