    p-item-05: Items with some call numbers are missing

    Problem Symptoms:
    After running "Shelf List (item-05)" the output file is not complete, some call numbers are missing.

    Cause:
    Missing call number key

    Resolution:
    The missing call numbers do not have a z30_item_call_no_key which is required for p_item_05 (see also help for p_item_05). Run "Rebuild Call Number Sort Key (item-06)" in order to rebuild the call number key.
