Resolution:
The reason the p_acq_12 job is looking for form_description.ger, etc., rather than form_description.eng, etc., is that the z70_con_lng is "GER" in certain records:

abc50@ALEPH18> select z70_rec_key from z70 where Z70_CON_LNG = 'GER';
Z70_REC_KEY
-------------------------
HUBERLANG
GALDA

The programs expect there to be tables with a ".ger" suffix when the z70_con_lng is set to "GER".

You need to either add such tables or change the language of vendor correspondence for these two vendors to "ENG".

Note: the following SQL shows that there are two French vendors which have the same situation:
