    p_acq_14 does not change status from RSV to SV

    Description:
    Vendor is set up as LI and has correct email address.

    p_acq_14 (run on 11/23/2009) should have changed the status of the order to SV, but it is still RSV.

    Resolution:
    [From site:] The operator was not choosing "update database" in the p_acq_14 submission.
