I am trying to run p-acq-27 with the input file swets_orders. I get a slew of Oracle errors:

Oracle error: update_cursor z68
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

and no rows get updated with the new vendor.

z68 *does* exist in abc50, so I do not understand what the errors mean. I am able to run this without errors when I don't use an input file but test with a single order record instead.

Resolution:
The swets_orders file has "ACB50" as the library:

00003675600102ACB50
00003782000102ACB50

This should, of course, be "ABC50".
