    Description:
For orders with divided encumbrances between budgets, does p-acq-31 work the same for both monograph and serials? I have tested the monograph side and see how it aggregates the total encumbrance to the new fund. I need to know if this is the same for serials.

    Resolution:
Looking at the b_acq_31_a program, I find that the section of code where the z601_original_sum's and z601_active_sum's are totaled is common to both the monograph and the serial/standing order encumbrances, so it seems that it does do the aggregation for the latter as well.
