Though p_cash_03 gives correct results for monthly and weekly runs, it produces *no* output when run for one single date.

Resolution:
I see that on these single-date runs you are specifying the date as both the From-date and the To-date. My analysis shows that the "To-date" is non-inclusive, that is, if you specify 05/23/2012 as the To-date, the report will include 05/21, 05/22, but *no* records from 05/23. If you want to get the records for "05/01/2012", you need to specify From-date "05/01/2012" and To-date "05/02/2012".
