I am re-running p_cir_51 after the time-change problem. Looking at the "How To Rerun p_cir_51" document, when I delete the cash transactions and re-run cir-51, will I create a lost book charge for any item that came back today and for which the cash transaction was either paid or cleared?

Resolution:
No. When the item is returned, the Z36 record is deleted. p_cir_51 will not find any Z36 for this item, so no notice and no Lost transaction will be generated.
