Description:
We don't understand why the third overdue notice isn't working. We ran cir-52 at 11:51 for the third notices from CFSAN. Patron with name of Smith, Samuel should have been captured in this third notice but he was not.

Resolution:
I find that Samuel Smith is patron ID951:

It's true that this item has been eligible for a third notice since Feb. 17, but, as you can see, the sublibrary is not "CFSAN", but rather "PK".

The last third-notice run of p_cir_52 which included sublibrary PK was abc50_p_cir_52.00468, on Jan. 18.
