    p_course_01 submitted from Web Course Reserve Staff Menu doesn't run.

    Description:
    We are unable to run course-01. It says "Job submitted", but we get no results: not in task manager, print or scratch directories.

    Resolution:
    The jobs submitted through the Course Reserves Staff menu were not running because the abc30 batch que was stopped.

    abc30 util c/7 showed the following:

    I started the abc30 batch que (using util c/2) and all of the accumulated jobs have run.
