    p_course_03 doesn't work; resulting z108_period is "ENG" (instead of "NA").

    I am trying to have books on Course Reserve not remain on reserve once we reach the course ending date.

    I have tried to run both the Report of Course Records linked to INactive Course and not linked to a course.
    For INACTIVE I enter NA for the status for course update.

    But we find that the titles which should be removed are still showing up in the Course Reserve OPAC.

    Resolution:
    The HAT333 z108 (course) record has "$$1S1$$2ENG" as the z108_period. This should be "$$1S1$$2NA".

    This is like KB 8192-5271. Please make the corrections shown there. If you need the "ENG" removed from the course records with SQL, let me know.

    I see -- per the p-course-03 Help -- that p_manage_01 needs to be run after a successful p_course_03 run. After you make the correction to the courses described in KB 8192-5271, you should run p_manage_01 for sth30.

    [From site:] Once I replaced the old version of the ./www_r_eng/r-course-03 with the new one -- the problem automagically went away - everything works great.
