    p_file_20: "io_z305 routine failed while trying to WRITE. cur-id ..."

    The ID # in the <z303-id><z304-id><z305-id> fields doesn't seem to be being loaded into the ALEPH record anywhere that I can see (this # appears for existing patrons in the Additional IDs section, as Type 02 University ID). Does this have something to do with us not having any data in the <z308> section?

    Also, the second insert for each patron in the z305 table gives a Msg. code 5002 and a Msg. Desc. of "io_z305 routine failed while trying to WRITE. cur-id SMT-164" (different ID 's for the different patrons). Could that be the problem with not adding the University ID?

    Resolution:
    The problem is that there was no z308 university ID in the record which was created, therefore, there was nothing for the

    + <match-id>02CSC990795886</match-id>

    to match on, and it created a new record.

    This situation will not occur when a correct version of the input file is being used from the beginning.

    To test this, please try it with five entirely new patrons.
