Description:
p_manage_01 for sys01 seemed to run OK until the index-building steps at the end: both the z97_id3 and the z98_id got duplicate keys errors:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

I was able to use util a/17/18 to delete the duplicates and build the unique indexes, but, following this, certain keyword searches don't work (they produce a blank screen) and I see the following in the www_server log:

Resolution:
The problem with the p_manage_01 Z9n Oracles indexes occurred at midnight. We hypothesize that some process on your (separate) database server is starting then and interfering with p_manage_01.

Please check the processes on the database server or start p_manage_01 earlier, so it finishes before midnight.
