    Description:
The p_manage_02 job has stalled in creating the $data_scratch/p_manage_02_x.cycles file.
Cycles 1-10 look OK but cycles 11-24 are exact repeats of cycle 10 ( "24829 XYZ LZZZZ BEST COMPANY 24829 XYZ LZZZZ BEST COMPANY").

    Resolution:
I believe this is happening because (as seen in util a/17/14) the z01_id Oracle index does not exist. The $aleph_scratch/p_manage_02 log shows that there was an error at the end of the p_manage_02_a:.
    SQL-ALEPH_ADMIN> CREATE INDEX BCL01.Z01_ID ON BCL01.Z0 1 (Z01_REC_KEY ASC) *.
    ERROR at line 1:.
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP.
    I suggest that you:.
    1) kill all manage_02 processes.
    2) build the z01_id (and z01_id5).
    3) run p_manage_17 (p_manage_17 does exactly the same long-headings processing that p_manage_02_x is trying to do....)
