manage_102 ended. but with an error…
Resolution:
The Parallel Indexing document says (in Section 3): "Initially, in the root directory of the new library, there should be a copy of the actual library’s file_list. At this stage, the file_list should contain all the Oracle tables listed in the actual library’s file_list, using the same definitions."
Because sites can change the entries in the parallel library – such as commenting out the z01 and z02 entries in the abc04 library, LS-ing them to abc01, in order to test the Word indexing done in abc04, we need to add the following immediately after the paragraph shown above:
That is, if you are running p_manage_01 (for Words) in the parallel library, you need to have these entries in the parallel library's file_list:
TAB z95 ...
TAB z97 ...
TAB z98 ...
IND z95_id ...
IND z97_id ...
IND z97_id1 ...
IND z97_id2 ...
IND z97_id3 ...
IND z98_id ...
TAB z980 ...
IND z980_id ...
If you are running p_manage_102 / p_manage_02 (for Headings), you need to have these:
TAB z01 ...
TAB z02 ...
IND z01_id ...
IND z01_id2 ...
IND z01_id3 ...
IND z01_id4 ...
IND z01_id5 ...
IND z02_id ...
IND z02_id1 ...
p_manage_05:
TAB z11
IND z11_id
IND z11_id1
p_manage_07:
TAB z13
IND z13_id
IND z13_id1
p_manage_27:
TAB z101
IND z101_id
p_manage_35:
TAB z0101
IND z0101_id
IND z0101_id1
IND z0101_id2
These entries are appropriate for versions 18, 19, and 20. If you are working with a higher version, you should check the source library's file_list in case there have been any additions.
