    p_manage_103: Description incorrect in GUI Services

    Description:
    The ./pc_b_eng/p-manage-103.xml and the ./menu-catalog.xml have the following description for the p-manage-103 job: "Trigger Z07 Records".

    This is incorrect. They should be changed to say: "Execute fix_doc_ref_1 to Update Bibs".

    The ./butil/b_manage_103_a program executes the programs in the "REF" section of tab_fix -- which, as delivered, is fix_doc_ref_1. The effect of this is to compare each heading in the BIB record to its ACC Heading entry(s) and, if the heading has been changed, update it in the BIB record.

    Resolution:
    Fixed via v20 rep change 2368.

    Note that a CAT field is written for every record processed by p_manage_103 (even if no update has been made); but p_manage_103 writes a z07 indexing request only in the case where the heading has actually been flipped in the bib record. This z07 serves a purpose only in the case when the "WORD expand_doc_bib_accref" is being specified (see KB's 4570 and 16384-30385 in this regard).

    Otherwise, you we suggest that you: stop ue_01 before running p_manage_103; delete the z07's p_manage_103 generates; restart ue_01.
