Can I run p_manage_111 for just the users and not the vendors or budgets?

Resolution:
When you specify "Y" for "Delete old records?", the proc drops/recreates the z111 table.
If p_manage_111 has never been run for a particular type, then you can run it for that type, specifying "N" for "Delete old records?"
In order to rerun the job for an already existing type, you need to run it for all types. To do this, you need to specify the first type as "Y" and the other two as "N". For example: Vendor Y User N Budget N
