p_manage_17: **Frequency of running**

Description:
We used to schedule p_manage_17 to be run every night when on version 14.2

Now that we've upgraded to version 17, do we still need to do that?

Resolution:
In version 17-up, ue_01 updates the long headings, eliminating the need to run p_manage_17 on a daily (or weekly) basis.

It needs to be run only after p_manage_02 has been run; and it needs to be run one time only (specifying "C" as the first option).
