    Description:
    p_manage_17 ends with a suspension.
    The $data_scratch/p_manage_17.err file points to p_manage_17_a_4.log, which has this:

    b_manage_17_a: Retrieve Failure

    Resolution:
    We were unable to determine the cause of this problem, but apparently it was temporary because a re-run of p_manage_17 the next evening *was* successful.

    (See KB 16384-4369 for how to determine if p_manage_17 was successful.)
