p_manage_17 is running in a loop with the message:
"Unable to open file /exlibris/aleph/u16_1/abc02/scratch/p_manage_17.cycles sleeping..."?

I can also see in the log "ERROR: Counter last-long-acc-number not defined"/

Resolution:
The abc02 util g/2 list had no last-long-acc-number parameter. (Note: these parameters come from the z52 table.) It needs to be added, with a value of "0".
