    p_manage_21 in the HOL library?

    We’ve had a request to make a couple of global changes against our holdings library (for instance, changing the first indicator of 852 field from 0 to 1). Is it possible to run p_manage_21 in the HOL library?

    It's certainly possible. p_manage_21 changes the doc records from any library. The trick can be identifying which holding records you need to change if you don't have any xxx60 indexes.

    I usually end up doing p_ret_01 (which takes hours), or p_print_03 and grep for the records/lines containing the tag I'm interested in.
