    Description:
I'm trying to run manage-37 with an input file but it does not seem to work.

Manage-37 can be run in two different ways (a) with an input file, or (b) with a range of system numbers. When running with a range of system numbers manage-37 seems to run correctly. The problem I am reporting is that it does not seem to work properly in cases where an input file is specified.

The job ends with the following error from the log:

    1 START READING AT 17:04:10

    I/O error : file 'SEQ_IN'
    error code: 3/5 (ANS85), pc=0, call=1, seg=0
    13 File not found

    Resolution:
The Help for p_manage_37 says the following: "Note that the file must be located in the library's scratch directory.
This may require copying the file from $alephe_scratch."
