    Description:
I have run p_manage_37 several times, but nothing happens. I get no error, and when I look in the log file in the alephe/scratch directory, it doesn't appear that it even read any records from the input file. The records were not updated either. I have tried it with the update database flag set to "y' and "n". (The output file is empty when the flag is set to "n".)
What is the reason for this?

    Resolution:
The problem was the fact that the P-USER-NAME parameter was blank, while the records had an OWN code of "GAC". When the job was submitted with "GAC as the user name, it ran successfully.

Though the 15.5 Help does not mention this user name parameter, the version 16 Help says: "The OWN field of each record is checked against the logged in user's OWN permission (Z66-USER-OWN-CHECK). If there is no match, the record will not be handled by the batch job."
