    Description:
    When I run the MN PALS p_priv_21 job (from EL Commons) a good, sizeable outfile.lst is produced in $data_scratch, but it is not moved to the $data_print and, therefore, does not appear in the GUI Task Manager FileList.

    These lines in $aleph_proc/p_priv_21 are supposed to do this:

    if ((-e ${p_output_file}.lst) && (-s ${p_output_file}.lst)) then
    mv ${p_output_file}.lst $data_print/${p_output_file}

    Resolution:
    The problem was the fact that the outfile name contained periods ("p21.nlm.all").

    When the outfile name was changed to p21-nlm-all or p21_nlm_all, it ran successfully.
