p_ret_01 not retrieving all bibs

Description:
We are trying to run p_ret_01 on USM01 in a fashion to retrieve *all* records. We are specifying From Key 000000000, To Key 999999999, but it retrieves only about 2/3 of the records.

We find, specifically, that -- despite the fact that they all the look valid and quite similar -- bib records 2 and 5 are retrieved, while records 1, 3, and 4 are not retrieved.

Resolution:
Note: For some reason the v18 USM01 records on this server were different than the Ex Libris-distributed USM01 file.

I added the following line to the usm01 tab_expand:

U39-DOC expand_doc_bib_loc_usm

Then I did util f/4 for usm01 doc records 1-5. I found that doc records 1, 3, and 4 all have LOC fields (indicating that there are attached items and/or HOL records), while records 2 and 5 lack this field.

I see this in the usm01 tab_expand:

RET expand_doc_bib_loc_usm
RET expand_doc_bib_hol_usm

When these two lines were commented out, p_ret_01 retrieved all the records. (This may be a problem in the future if they *need* to retrieve records based on location or other HOL values, but was not a problem in this case since they wanted *all* records.)
