Description:
We are upgrading from version 20 to version 21 with Upgrade Express. The pc_server 6991 won't start. It doesn't show up in util w/1/4. I have confirmed with ps -ef |grep 6505 that there are no processes running. When I try to start it with util w/3/3, there is no error message, but ... it doesn't start.

Resolution:
This was caused by an incorrect change to $alephe_root/pc_server_defaults. (The $aleph_proc/www_server proc does a "source pc_server_defaults.)
