    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Description

In running print-03, sometimes in the 930 field of the export (where expand_doc_bib_z30 is mapping the z30's to the 930 field), the string "${dollar} appears in the output.  Example:

      ${dollar}820100702

    It *should* be simply: $820100702.  (Subfield 8, with a z30_update_date of "20100702".)

    Resolution

The "${dollar}" only appears when opening the record in MarcEdit. Grep-ing on the print-03 output file itself, the "$8" appears correctly.
