Defect Status
The problem is fixed in Aleph version 23 (rep_ver #20070).
Workaround
The /exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe/ was renamed (by Upgrade Express) to exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe.orig/, so /exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe/ no longer exists, and the file is now /exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe.orig/www_f_eng/exlibris.css.
Thus, the link in /exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe.orig/apache/htdocs/ needs to be corrected from:
exlibris.css -> /exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe/www_f_eng/exlibris.css
to:
exlibris.css -> /exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe.orig/www_f_eng/exlibris.css .
In regard to the course.css, the www_r_eng has been obsolete since v19 when Course Reserves was switched from the Web to the GUI.
Thus, the course.css file/links in
/exlibris/aleph/a22_1/alephe.orig/apache/htdocs and in
/exlibris/aleph/u22_1/alephe/apache/htdocs
can and should be deleted.
