    Desired Outcome Goal:
publish_04.xml_err lists records that can't be published using "Initial Publishing Process (publish-04)" because they show invalid XML. How to find out what causes the invalid XML?

    Procedure:
1 - On the server do util f/1/30 in order to write a Z07P record
2 - ue_21 handles the record and creates a temporarily XML-file util_e_21_check_xml in xxx01/scratch. Please note that the file is permanently overwritten and therefore there should be no other ue_21 activity when you analyse the problem
3 - FTP the file to your local client
4 - Open the file in any browser, e.g. Firefox
5 - You will see the note „XML Parsing Error: not well-formed“ and also the cause for the error message

Correct the record in Cataloging client and publish it again.
