Problem Symptoms:
The OPAC interface is not working and in the www_server log there are many
read_http_header: recv errno Connection reset by peer
lines

Cause:
Apache server is not working but it?€™s still up.

Resolution:
Restart the Apache server with:
1. apcb
2. apachectl stop
3. apachectl start
If Apache is running on port 80 point 2 and 3 must be executed from root.
