    Description:
We want to create a Serials Solutions output list of our physical periodical titles
and holdings, and the p_print_08 output looks just like what I'd like, because I
need 022, title, start date, end date, catalog URL in that order in a spreadsheet
    format.

It looks like the correct format (022, 245, 866) are part of our option 5 when I
look at the rep_tab_short table, although only options 1-3 show the same way in the
print_08 dropdown as in the table. Options 4 and 5 show in the dropdown as "For ADM
    records: System number | Link"

    Resolution:
The ./xxx01/tab/rep_tab_short.eng controls the format of the printing -- that is, if you select "003", rep_tab_short.eng Format Number 003 will be used and the fields which print *will* be those in Format Number 003.

But the formats which display in the p_print_08 dropdown are coded into the ./pc_b_eng/p-print-08.xml file, for example:

    <value>003</value>
    <display>Author | Title | Imprint | Pages</display>

If you want the text you see in the dropdown to correspond to the fields specified in rep_tab_short.eng, then when you make a change to rep_tab_short.eng, you will need to make a corresponding change to ./pc_b_eng/p-print-08.xml .
