ret-04 output file defect

Problem Symptoms:
* ret-04 ("Retrieve Catalog Records by Date") pads the line with 66 spaces to 80 characters total, rather than creating the expected 14-character lines (doc# + library).
* This causes the subsequent ret-10 (cross files) to not work with this ret-04 output (unless one knows about the defect and edits the ret-04 output files to strip the extra characters).
Cause:
Program defect.
Resolution:
Corrected by v21 rep_change 2228.
Additional Information
ret-01 ("Retrieve Catalog Records "), ret-03 ("Retrieve Records Using CCL"), etc., create files of record numbers with the library name attached, for example
123456789ABC01
which is a 14 character string. They do not pad the lines with blanks.
