    Question

Is it possible to apply the maximum loans for the entire Group ID when there's a real status in tab16, column 2?

    * '98' in column 2, makes a maximum loans (col. 12) value be a total for all the sublibriaries in the Group ID.

    * But with an actual status in column 2 (such as, "01"), maximum number of loans applies not to the Group ID as a whole, but to each sublibrary.

    Answer

No. As stated in the tab16 header, the max-per-Group-ID applies only to a value of '98' in column 2.

The specification of an "ABCD 01 ..." which sets a maximum for all the sublibriaries in the Group ID "ABCD" when the item status is 01 is not possible.
