Description:
We changed column 6 to date 20100515 for every instance of item status (col 2) = 01 and patron type = 02 (col 4) in tab16 on test. Results are as we wanted, with a due date of 05/15/2010 for patron barcode=210212300284856 and item barcode=310212310338502 .

After copying tab16 from test to prod, I restarted the PC server, reopened the prod gui, but got a due date of 02/02/10 for this same transaction.

Resolution:
The system does not read the tab16 due date info directly but, instead, reads the z301 table.

As described in KB 150, the z301 is recreated by the first circ transaction each day but to make changes take effect after that time, as described in KB 150, you need to either do util a/17/1 for the z301 or run p_cir_01.
