    Description:
    Please explain how we should modify tab32 settings so that the first overdue notice using p-cir-52 will catch ALL overdue materials during a specific date range.

    We want to do overdue notices twice a year using p-cir-52. So we would probably NOT be sending overdue notices every 30 or 60 days. We'd to specify a date range (beginning date and ending date). We like p-cir-52 because it prints out a itemized list.

    Resolution:
    p_cir_52 has no "date range" parameter; none is necessary.

    Let's say you want to run p_cir_52 on Feb. 1, June 1, and Oct. 1 of each year for items which have not yet received an overdue notice. {Since you say "ALL overdue materials", I'm assuming you would want to produce an overdue notice for an item even if it is only 1 day overdue (that is, due on Jan. 31, May 31, or Sept. 30).}

    The following entry in tab32 will produce a notice for all overdue items which have not yet received one:

    ! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
    !!!!!-!!-!!-!!-!!!-!!!-!-!!!!
    ##### ## ## 00 001 001 O

    The following entry will produce a notice for all overdue items which have had one previous notice which was sent at least 30 days ago:

    ##### ## ## 01 030 030 O

    The following entry will produce a notice for all overdue items which have had two previous notices, the second of which was sent at least 30 days ago:

    ##### ## ## 02 030 030 O

    <Etc.>
