    Description:
In tab_hold_request it says that check_hold_request_z is "the hold request that is being submitted requires a recall but will not be first in the queue. This is intended to give an indication that although a recall will be made, the requesting patron will not be the first to receive the item."

So I placed a recall on an item that already had 1 recall. I expected to get some message indicating I wasn't the first in the queue but nothing came up. Should I have gotten a message? If not then I guess I don't understand check_hold_request_z.

    Resolution:
Changing this line in tab_hold_request from:

    CIRC-INFO check_hold_request_z

    to:
    CIRC check_hold_request_z

corrected the problem. (The header shows "CIRC-INFO", but our testing shows that this is wrong. I will request that the header be changed.)
