tab_loader and tab_loader_def in v20

Description:
We upgraded to v20, and copied all the setting from tab_z30 to tab_loader_def.
Export from OCLC fails with the following message:
Record processing failed - Missing shelf list code XXX [any collection code] in tab_loader.

But we do have all these codes in tab_loader and tab_loader_def.

Resolution:
Please note that in v20 the length of the column for the Shelf list code (field 049) has been changed to 20-chars.
This is col.1 in tab_loader, col.2 in tab_loader_def, col.1 in tab_mapping, col.2 in tab_96_def
