ue_01_z0102 process stops after 2000 records; invalid username/password

Description:
We have the problem of ue_01_z0102 stopping after 2000 records, described in KB 8192-2074, except that we get a different message after 1000 records:

Oracle error: handle_connection
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Resolution:
As in KB 8192-2074, this was a problem with the CTXSYS Oracle user, but in this case the problem was that the CTXSYS password had been changed directly in Oracle rather than -- as it should be -- using util y/8.

In another case, the CTXSYS password had expired.
