rep_change 2194 in Aleph 21:

Description: When running p_publish_04 (Initial Publishing Process), the ue_21 daemon (update Publishing data) is stopped. However, it is not restarted after p_publish_04 completes its run.

Solution: This has been corrected. If the ue_21 daemon is running when p_publish_04 is activated, it is restarted after p_publish_04 finishes running.
