unexpected screen when placing a booking request in the circulation module

Problem Symptoms:
When staff places a booking request in the circulation module, a screen with multiple time slots is expected to open.
Instead a different screen without time slots is displayed.

Cause:
There are two types of booking requests: advance booking and rolling booking. In this case the customer wanted advance booking to be active for their requests.
Advance booking is ruled by tab43. The item status in question was not part of this table.

Resolution:
Add all item statuses that shall be available for advance booking to ./xxx50/tab/tab43.
